Reset your password
First request a code from the administrators, then use it to choose a new password.

Request a code
Enter your username and Lodestone ID. If they match, the request will appear in the administration area.
Find my Lodestone ID automatically
Search for your character using their full name and Home World.
You can still enter the ID manually if the Lodestone is temporarily unavailable.

Use the code
Enter the temporary code provided by an administrator. It is valid for 24 hours and can only be used once.
